Understand the material
Supplier specifications state plant-based PLA, a matte finish, 15% shell infill and no paint or coating. These are material specifications, not independent safety certification, food-contact approval or evidence that a toy is suitable for chewing.
Clean gently
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry before storage. Do not soak or put toys in a dishwasher, and do not sterilise them with hot water. Ask LUMORI first if you are unsure about a cleaning method.
Store away from heat
Avoid direct sunlight, hot cars and other heat sources. Store dry after use. Do not bend or pull connections beyond the movement designed for each toy.
Inspect before every session
Look for cracks, loose connections or detached small pieces. Stop using damaged items and remove them from the play area. Not suitable for children under three; adult supervision is required. Ask LUMORI about any product-specific age guidance awaiting confirmation.
